To open an account on peuterey.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the website and click on the "Login/Register" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Select the "Create an Account" option.
- Fill in the required information, including name, email address, and password.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click on the "Register" button.
An email confirmation will be sent to the provided email address. Follow the instructions in the email to verify the account. Once verified, the account will be ready for use.
Peuterey Return Policy?
Peuterey.com allows returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be returned in the exact same condition as received: not worn, not washed, and with all attached tags.
For registered users, log into the personal area, go to the "Order & Returns" section, select the order for return, and fill in the form with the instructions of the items to be returned, selecting "refund". For unregistered users, access the webpage return form, fill in the form with the order number, surname, and email, and follow the same steps.
Two return options are available: Easy Return and Return on your own. For Easy Return, an email with a pre-filled DHL return label will be sent, and the parcel can be booked for collection with the courier. For Return on your own, an email with the warehouse address will be sent, and the user can choose the courier for the return shipment. Both options are at the user's expense, with a $35.00 shipping cost for using the DHL label, plus any additional customs fees.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the Quality Control Department will verify the return. If positive, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be issued within 14 days on the same payment method used for the order. Processing time for the refund depends on the internal procedures of the credit institution.
For size exchanges, a new order will be shipped out. For wrong or defective items, contact Customer Care to arrange a return or replacement at Peuterey's expense. Provide necessary information, including the order number and photos showing the labels of the received item. Wait for feedback from Customer Care before sending the item.
